The inaugural National Local Government Customer Service Awards were presented at a gala awards dinner on 14 October 2015 at Dreamworld, Gold Coast.

The awards formed part of the 8th Annual National Local Government Customer Service Summit, which this year featured keynote speakers, Australian sporting icon, Lisa Curry and renowned future strategist, Steve Tighe.
