Here at Albury we use QFlow from Nexa we have had this system since 2012 and are very happy with the system and the reports that we can generate and also the support from Nexa has been outstanding. We have also implemented an iPad solution into our Libraries as well which allows us to track customer service transactions. It is interesting to see that Service NSW is changing their customer management system from Smartqueue to QFlow in all its service areas, recently Albury opened it new Service NSW office and I was given the opportunity to visit and have a look at the QFlow system in action in their environment and was really impressed.
