Answer for Blue Mountains City Council front desk offers both Council and RMS enquiries. Our Q-Matic (ticketed queue management) system is getting long in the tooth. Does any other Councils out there use a similar ticketed queue management system? If so what? Pros/Cons? Thanks

Try Nexa who supply a similar system but web based.  They are sponsors of the network, contact Mike Wheble on (02)9369 1999.
We originaly had a Q-Matic but got rid of it after about 12 months in favour of the Nexa Q-Flow product.  A number of the staff from Q-Matic now work at Nexa.
