We do a very basic one at the moment, two questions, rate the service out of five and tell us about the experience.
There is a larger bi annual survey of the community, however I found this really lacked qual data (comments).

We are about to bring in after calls surveys.  I’ll probably follow the big bank approach, ask them to rate the officer they spoke with and an NPS questions about Council.
