The survey methodology and getting it right is very important. We have been using very similar methods over the years.
I have come to the conclusion that, we may provide some great services and events, but, if in anywhere in the process, accessing these services was difficult, information lacking, attitudes or behaviour less than ideal, we are’t truly measuring customer satisfaction. Hence this new approach.
This is not to say we don’t need to continue to measure services delivered, as this is still very important.
