Answer for Does your Customer Service Team have a Duty Officer?

Comments Off on Answer for Does your Customer Service Team have a Duty Officer?

We don’t have a Duty Officer position within our structure at Great Lakes.  However I know that Greater Taree City Council created a Duty Officer position.  They presented this at a seminar in Forster in March.  A copy of that presentation is on this website under Events / 2014 Events and then view the presentations.

« Answer for Does your Customer Service Team have a Duty Officer?
Answer for Liverpool Council recently posted a question in relation to After Hours services and all the respondants indicated that they used the Well Done Group. Some responants indicated that they were going out to tender again for these services. Has anyone found, or is anyone using an alternative service to Well Done (not that I have an issue with them). »
