We do not have a Health and Wellbeing strategy however our WHS team ran a great program recently.
The best part of the program was a pedometer challenge, with the person who does the most steps getting a prize. It’s great competition and can be done in teams or individuals against each other.
Answer for Hello. I'm developing with the customer service team a Health and Wellbeing strategy for the Customer Service Department. The aim of the strategy is to have activities and processes in place to forster a healthy work environment. Activities might include daily stretches; competitive team activities with charities benefitting, etc. I'd be really interested to know if you do anything like this too.
