Morning Canada Bay Council implemented Enghouse/Touchpoint 18mths ago and has had a very successful implementation
Webchat was launch in June last year and the take off has been very successful where we now have a dedicated chat person due to the increased volume of chats. I am only too happy for you to contact me directly and go thru any issues and general strategies. or better still come and have a site visit to Council and see it live

Comments Off on Answer for Hi, We currently use Enghouse/Touchpoint with the Webchat. We implemented this 12 months ago which in hindsight hasn't been too successful. I'm hoping someone who has trialed and tested how they manage webchat to share their secrets of success, drafted procedures and general strategies. We are a small council with only 2 dedicated resources on phones. Would love to hear your experiences and lessons learnt as we move into a re-launch!
