If you look in the resources section of the Network website, you should find some links to CS strategies from local government organisations as well as material from Network workshops and last year’s conference on how to write a strategy. You may also like to look at this one: http://www.adelaidecitycouncil.com/contact-us/customer-service-strategy-standards-charter which is the most recent publicly available strategy that I’ve found. Please feel free to get in touch if you need assistance – once you write a few words on that blank piece of paper you will be fine!
Answer for I will start again. Upper Hunter Shire Council is currently drafting a Customer Service Strategy. If your council has already completed or drafted your stategy are you able to please share. This would be a great help to look at other stategies and ideas to take us forward and be 'Fit For The Future'
