If you have streaming access You Tube have a number of very good short videos which are very entertaining around Customer Service.
Answer for Just wondering if anyone had any suggestions for good training DVDs for Customer Service skills (i.e. dealing with difficult customers; telephone techniques; etc.). I would like to have each of our customer service staff take time out to view a training dvd (possibly build up a small training library) as an interim measure as formal training can only be provided either as funds permit or on dates that suit staffing levels.
