Hi Lee. Maitland Council has had live chat for almost two years now. We do not ask customers to create a login, and for this reason we believe we are currently receiving approx 50 chats per day. It is resourced by existing means. Most of the staff think it is great. We currently use Purechat, but have trialled and are about to implement Olark. Live Chat starts 15mins after we open, and closes 15 mins before we close. Cheers Wayne
