Marrickville has been using Well Done for about 9 years now however we are also about to go out for EOI to see what, if any, other providers are out there as we’re in the process of reviewing our After Hours model and our customers needs have changed significantly over that time.

Answer for I have just devised a Customer Service Charter and one of the questions came up as to do we include social media as a way of responding?.
