Hi Ann Marie, The Hills have all rotating CSOs handling cash at the front counter, they don’t share drawers to improve ownership, minimize error and help resolve discrepancies which we are required to report. We have a recovery procedure in the event of float deficiencies and any trends in error rates are identified by team leaders and handled by the Manager.  I’m not sure how to upload procedures to this site but I’m happy to share it with you if you’d like to email me at ljennings@thehills.nsw.gov.au
