The Executive Committee encourages the establishment of Network Chapters defined by geographic or special interest parameters. Currently the Network has five Chapters: NSW, Northern NSW , Riverina (NSW), South-East Queensland and Tasmania.

Geographical Chapter benefits:
- Provides an opportunity for members within the same region to meet more frequently
- Enables the delivery of localised training and workshops
- Opportunity to explore local collective purchasing
- Enhanced professional networking opportunities
Special Interest Chapter benefits:
- Provides a group of members to focus on a National/State/Regional issue or opportunity
- Enhances members’ learning and development
- May lead to advocacy on behalf of our members
How to establish a Chapter:
- Contact the Network’s President outlining the purpose of the Chapter and the level of interest in other member’s participating in the Chapter. A Chapter is required to have a minimum of four members.
- Once the Chapter is approved, a Chapter Committee Meeting is to be held where the following positions are to be established:
- Chairperson
- Secretary
- The Executive Committee provides templates and tools to assist your Chapter
Chapter Functions
- Chapter meetings and events are to be determined by the Chapter Committee. However, they must not coincide with a National Meeting (including the AGM) or the National Conference
- Prior to any Chapter meeting or event, an agenda must be provided to the National Executive Committee for distribution on the website and to members
- Minutes of Chapter meetings, must be provided to the National Executive Committee within four weeks of the meeting being held
- The Chapter is required to have their Annual General Meeting at least one calendar month prior to the National Annual General Meeting
- All funds received by the Chamber are to be processed by the National Treasurer
