2020 National Local Government Customer Service Conference

Due to COVID-19 restrictions the 2020 National Conference has been cancelled. A revised National Awards focused on how Councils and Customer Service Teams managed the impact and effects of the COVID19 Global Pandemic was launched in August 2020 with winners to be announced on 5 November 2020.
