Hi Everyone Pathway CRM I would like to visit with a council in Sydney to see how Pathway CRM is implemented. I've just taken on a Customer Service Coordinator position with Rockdale Council and we are trying to improve our CRM. One of the hard tasks is finding a council that uses Pathway Thick Client as most of the councils I've contacted use smart client.
