I am interested to know if any Council currently utilise the services of a Mystery Shopper. I am currently looking at subscribing to “Mysterycustomer” http://www.mysterycustomer.com.au and would be keen to learn of other Council experiences positive or not.
We have previously used CSBA, however following our amalgamation in 2016 we have not undertaken a full benchmarking program with the exception of the one offered by the network.
