Hi All,
I’m looking for some general information on how other councils set KPI’s around their tree management requests. ie, how long to respond to customer, how long to resolve a public tree pruning, how long to assess a private tree application etc.
If you are aware of there (even if its unoffical), could you let me know? We are just undergoing process mapping and would like to see how it matches up against other councils.
